By scheduling or using services from MagiClean Services, you agree to the following general terms.

Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and service-location information.

Access to Property

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Payments

Pricing may vary based on property size, condition, scope of work, and any custom requests. Final pricing can be confirmed before service begins.

Cancellations

Please provide notice as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Service Limitations

MagiClean Services reserves the right to decline unsafe, hazardous, or unreasonable service requests.

Liability

While reasonable care is taken during every visit, MagiClean Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.
